Getting Started
- To activate License run command – ActivateTiaraCADLicense
- To enable all toolbars, run command WindowLayout.
- Select file TiaraCAD.rhw from C:\Program Files\BlueStoneTechLabs\TiaraCAD 1\UI\
- Places one prong at the start point
And you are set to start with TiaraCAD.

Design Setup
From Company details to every other setting, design setup allows you to customize TiaraCAD and gives you a stronghold over the software. In order to customize charts you can either click and edit the existing value or import your own csv file in that format. TiaraCAD will then pick up those values.
Icons
• Match : Saves parameters and matches them on a new selected brep
• Preview Gems : Toggle gem view
• Preview Cutters : Toggle cutter view
• Reset Command : Resets panel parameters
• Bake : Bakes the output
• Cancel : Closes the panel
• Information Icon : On hover, shows how to use the panel and shares tips






Common Settings
These settings are common in most of the designs and hence, have the same working.

Grain Settings
• Shape – Choose between Round, Square or Combination of round up and square bottom
• Height – Height of Prong / Pavé above the surface
• Cap Curvature – Fillet required on the cap
• Size – Base size of the Prong / Pavé
• Overlap – Overlap of Prong / Pavé over the gem
• Taper – Check if you need Tapered Pavé
o Specify top diameter
o Specify base size

Cutter Settings
• Seat – Creates a chamfer at the surface where gem placed
• Top Shape – Cutter shape can be the shape of the gem or round or square causing seat also to modify
• Bottom Shape – Cutter shape from the bottom can be same as gem shape or morphed to round, square or azure cut
• Top Height – Cutter height above metal
• Bottom Depth – Cutter depth below the top metal surface. It should preferably be slightly more than the surface thickness.
• Cutter % – Percentage reduction in cutter size as per gem size
• Vertical Adjustment – Cutter placement above the metal surface
• Bottom Taper – % taper of the cutter

Metal
- Cal Vol. – Click on Calculate Volume button first
- Metal – Select the metal type based on metal and it’s purity
o Weight in CAD – Weight of metal as per the density is calculated in CAD
o Final Weight after loss calculation – Weight as appropriated after production is calculated. The % can be set in Default Settings

Toolbox
- One – Click Designs : Create complex designs such as Eternity Band or Halo Setting with just a click.
- Settings : From Channel to Pave, each setting has been parameterized.
- Jump Start : Get the foundation of jewelry pieces such as Necklaces, Bracelets and more.
- Gem Studio: Contains tools for gem placement, prong placement and more.
- Transform: Includes Surface Cutter, Surface from Line, Combine Polysurface and more.
- Detailing: Ropes, Milgrain, Filigree and more have been parameterized.
- Finding Studio: Contains Linkages, Loops and Bails, and more
- Libraries: Contains 500+ motifs, curve profiles, beads, chains, display stands and more.

Speed Builds
Create complex designs such as Eternity Band, Metal Band, Halo Setting and much more with just one click. No need to place gems or create cutters. The design will be created to retain minimum metal as required.

Eternity Band
- Eternity Band Settings
- Internal Diameter – ID for Ring or Bangle around which gems to be placed
- Gem Size – Size of Gem
- Setting Type – Options for Plate Prong, Collate Prong, Bezel, Channel, Pave or Trellis
- Gem Shape – Options for Round, Princess Baguette or Oval as per setting
- Gem Spacing – Distance to be maintained between 2 gems
- Diamond Groove – Creates groove on prongs for indicating diamond placement
- Input Gem Count – To modify gem count, check this first
- Gem Count – Increase to change carat weight. It will not go lower than the initial value as it is calculated as per the ID
- Gallery Settings – Check to activate. It’ll be seen only if space available
- Gallery On –Activate to enable gallery below channel walls
- Support Shape – Select the shape of the support
- Top Thickness –Metal thickness required for the Gem placement
- Bottom Thickness – Size and width of the gallery / bezel
- Support Size – Size of support walls


Plate Prong Setting
- Distance from Wall – The distance of gem from the wall
- Individual Prongs – Check to have 4 prongs per gem

Collate Prong Setting
• Taper Ratio – Taper the outer walls of collate
• Wall Thickness – Thickness of collate

Bezel Setting
• Gem Depth – Distance of gem girdle below surface
• Outer Edge Depth – Fillet on Bezel’s outer edge
• Wall Thickness – Thickness of Bezel
• Wall Overlap – Overlap of Bezel metal over gem
• Inner Wall Taper – Taper the inside of the bezel wall
• Outer Wall Taper – Taper the Bezel wall in 1-Direction only to get good bottom overlap

Channel Setting
• Wall Overlap – Overlap of metal over gem
• Wall Thickness – Channel Wall thickness
• Gem Depth – Gem placement below the top surface
• Supports Count – Number of Supports between Channel walls
• Support Size: Vertical – Vertical thickness of supports
• Support Size: Horizontal – Horizontal thickness of supports
• Wall Taper – Option to make the channel walls tapered from inside
o Top size – Thickness of channel wall at top surface
o Bottom Size – Thickness of channel wall at bottom surface

Pavé Setting
• Distance from Wall – Distance of gems from the wall
• Angle Distance – Distance from the inner wall to place the angular side
• Wall Depth – Depth of the gem placed below the walls
• Setting Wall Thickness – Thickness of the outermost wall
• Individual Prongs – Option to use 4 Pavé per gem

Trellis Setting
• Trellis Type – Choose between 1 prong, 1.5 prong or 2 prong settings
o Trellis Curvature – For 1 Prong: Adjust Flow of design
o Flip Trellis – For 1.5 Prongs: Flip the direction of flow if needed
o Weave Adjustment – For 2 Prongs: Change the position of weave if needed
• Seat H Thickness – Horizontal thickness of Top seat
• Top Seat – Disable if not needed
• Top Seat V Thickness – Vertical thickness of top seat
• Bottom Seat – Enable of needed
• Bottom Seat V Thickness – Vertical thickness of bottom seat
• Supports – Supports created between the 2 parallel prongs especially if no seat or metal plate given
• Plate – Activate if a metal support needed between prongs
o Vertical & Horizontal Thickness, both required
o Comfort Fit




Metal Band
• Profile Curve – Select a curve for the cross section. Curves available in Curves Library. Or create a crosssection as required
• Internal Diameter – Set the diameter for band or bangle as required

Design Band
• Input Geometry – Select one or more geometries to be duplicated across the circular path
• Internal Diameter – Choose the ring or bangle size needed
• Overlap Adjustment – Select the permissible overlap between adjoining sets of design
• Fine Adjustment – The design on the circular path may not exactly lie on the circular path. To allow deviation and place it on the path, analyse the deviation in front view and specify that. E.g. If the deviation is by 1.3 mm more that the circular path, type -1.3 in Fine Adjustment. Alternatively, if deviation is not permissible due to settings, add a metal band on either side. Add supports from the Detailing menu to complete the design

Halo Setting
- Gem Proportions – Activate to modify individual gem proportions and not use the default gem proportions
- Center Gem Shape – Choose between Round, Cushion, Princess, Oval, Baguette, Drop, Emerald, Marquise, Heart, Asscher, Radiant and Trilliant
- Gem Size – Default proportional gem size
- Step Height – Height at which you want to place the centre gem setting.
- Settings Type – You can choose Bezel, Prong Head or Unit Collate as your center gem setting.
Bezel Setting
- Gem Depth – Depth of gem placement
- Outer Edge Depth – Depth of outer edge of bezel, determines its roundness.
- Inner Wall Taper – Ratio to taper the inner wall
- Outer Wall Taper – Ratio to taper the outer wall
- Wall Overlap – Overlap of wall on the stone
- Wall Thickness – Distance between inner and outer wall
- Metal Below Girdle – Metal height from below the girdle
Prong Head Setting
- Finding Settings – Change settings of stock and more here
- Prong Settings – Change settings of prong here
- Seat Settings – Select shape of seat and do more changes
Unit Collate Setting
- Diagonal Setting – Activate to get prongs at 45° angle
- Diamond Groove – Creates groove on prongs for indicating diamond placement
- Prong Count – No. of Prongs around the gem
- Wall Thickness – Collate wall thickness
- Metal Height – Height of collate wall
- Taper Ratio – 0 for no taper, adjust for taper
- Distance from wall – Distance between gem and wall
6. Outer Gem Shape – Choose between Round, Oval, Princess, Baguette
7. Outer Gem Size – Default proportional gem size

Heart Pendant
• View – Select view between Top, Front or Right
• Setting Type – Select setting type between Plate Prong, Cutter Plate, Channel, Collate Or Pave
Array Along Curve
- Gem Shape – Round is available
- View – Select view between Top, Front or Right
- Gem Size – Default proportional gem size
- Gem Rotate – Rotation of gems in the view of choice.
- Gem Count – Number of gems to be set along the curve. By default, initially, the maximum number of gems possible for that size will be displayed
- Gem Spacing – Distance to be maintained between 2 gems
Gallery Settings
• Gallery on – Activate to enable gallery below channel walls
• Support Count – Number of supports required in gallery
• Support Size – Box size of support required
• Depth – Height of the gallery below the bottom-most surface






Settings
Creation of Settings have now been automated and parameterized to reduce repetitive work and time. The entire setting is now created with just a few clicks.

Prong Head Setting
- Gem Proportions – Activate to modify individual gem proportions and not use the default gem proportions
- Gem Width – Custom width of Gem
- Gem Length – Custom length of Gem
- Gem Height – Custom height of Gem

Head Setting
- Gem Size – Default proportional gem size
- Gem Shape – Choose between Round, Princess, Oval, Baguette, Drop, Emerald, Marquise, Heart and Trilliant
- Diagonal Setting – Activate to get prongs at 45° angle
- Line Rail – Activate to have straight prongs and not curved
- Bridge Rail Distance – Add distance between prongs for seat creation
- Culet to Bridge – Distance between the bottom of the diamond to the lower portion of the head
- Stock Shape – Choose between Square or Round shape to connect
- Stock Length – Length of the stock
- Stock Size – Thickness of the Stock
- Diamond Groove – Disable to remove marking the gem girdle placement

Prong Setting
• Prong Top Shape – Choose between Round or Square
• Prong Bottom Shape – Choose between Round or Square
• Prong Overlap – Distance of Prong overlap over gem
• Prong Diameter – Size of Prong at top
• Prong Height Above – Height of prong above gem girdle
• Cap Height – Fillet of Prong
• Prong Count – Number of prongs

Seat Setting
• Top Seat – Activate to enable Top Seat
• Top Seat Placement – Specify alignment of top seat along the prong length
• Middle Seat – Activate to enable middle Seat
• Middle Seat Placement – Specify alignment of middle seat along the prong length
• Bottom Seat – This is activated the moment the bottom of the prongs stop touching. Deactivate to disable Bottom Seat
• Bottom Seat Thickness – Height and width of the seat
• Seat Shape – Choose between round or square shaped cross-section for the seat

Unit Collate
• Gem Proportions – Activate to modify individual gem proportions and not use the default gem proportions
o Gem Width – Custom width of Gem
o Gem Length – Custom length of Gem
o Gem Height – Custom height of Gem
• Gem Size – Default proportional gem size
• Gem Shape – Choose between Round, Princess, Oval, Baguette, Drop, Emerald, Marquise, Heart and Trilliant

• Gem Size – Default proportional gem size

• Wall Overlap – Distance of Prong overlap over gem

• Inner Wall Taper – 0 for no taper, 0.1 for slight taper
• Outer Wall Taper – 0 for no taper, 0.1 for slight taper
• Outer Edge Depth – Fillet on Bezel outside wall
• Metal Below Girdle – Metal height required below

Invisible Setting
• Gem Shape – Choose between Princess or Baguette
• Gem Size – Size of gem
• Gem Spacing – Distance between 2 gems
• Rows – Horizontal number of stones
• Columns – Vertical number of stones
• Out Wall Thickness – Thickness of the outermost wall
• Out Wall Height – Total height of the outermost wall below gem girdle
• Setting Wall Thickness – Thickness of the setting walls
• Setting Wall Height – Height of the setting walls
• Support Wall Count – Number of support walls required
• Support Wall Size – Thickness and height of support walls
• Open Invisible – Activate to enable open invisible
• Wall Height – Outermost wall height above gem girdle. Not available in Open Invisible

Pressure Setting
• Gem Shape – Choose Round to add Pressure Setting
• Center Gem Size – Size of the center gem
• Outer Gem Size – Size of the gem on sides
• Genter Gem Overlap – Overlap of outer gems over the center gem
• Center Gem Depth – Placement of center stone girdle vertically below outer gem girdles
• Metal Height – Total height of outer metal
• Scooping Depth – Thickness of metal below center gem girdle
• Metal Thickness – Horizontal thickness of scooped area

Settings on an Open Curve
Array Along Curve
• Input Curve – Open curve of the design
• View – Select the view to place gems.
• Gem Shape – Choose between Round, Princess or Baguette
• Gem Size – Size of the gem required
• Gem Count – Number of gems to be set along the curve. By default, initially, the maximum number of gems possible for that size will be displayed
• Gem Spacing – Distance to be maintained between 2 gems
• Gem Start Point – Distance to move gem on curve at start
• Adjust Metal Start – Minor increase in the surface of metal at the start of the gem
• Minor Gem Adjustment – Minor change in the placement of gems to tweak
• Gem Rotate – Rotation of gems in the view of choice For Plate Prong, Pave & Collate Prong
• 1 Prong End – Activate if you need to change the end prong setting
o Start – Activate to get 1 prong at start gem
o End – Activate to get 1 prong at end gem
If the result is not as expected, reset the tool and try one the following:
– Rebuild your curve
– Reduce 1 gem count
• Extend your curve slightly
Gallery Settings
• Gallery on – Activate to enable gallery below channel walls
• Support Count – Number of supports required in gallery
• Support Size – Box size of support required
• Depth – Height of the gallery below the bottom-most surface


Channel Setting
• Wall Overlap – Distance of wall overlap over gem
• Wall Thickness – Thickness of channel wall
• Wall Taper – Activate to taper the channel wall
• Top Size – Thickness of channel wall at top
• Bottom Size – Thickness of channel wall at bottom
• Metal Height Above Girdle – Gem placement below top surface
• Metal Height Below Girdle – Metal height required below the level of gem girdle
• Support Count – Number of supports
• Support Size – Box size of support required

Plate Prong Setting
• Distance From Wall – Distance between gem and wall
• Metal Height – Total Height of metal
• Individual Prongs – Activate to have 4 prongs around the gem
o Gem Angle – Rotate the gems in place to give 45° or 90°
o Diagonal Setting – Activate for Princess to give prongs on edge center and not on corners

Micro Prong Setting
- Distance From Wall – Distance from gem to wall
- Metal Height – Height of Metal below the girdle
- Prong Cutter Thickness – Thickness of Prong Cutter
- Prong Height – Height of Prong from above the girdle
- Length Cutter Height – Height of Length Cutter above the girdle
- Length Cutter Width – Width of Length Cutter
- Length Cutter Adj. – Adjustment in Length Cutter placement
- Length Cutter Fillet – Radius to fillet Length Cutter

Collate Prong Setting
• Wall thickness – Thickness of the collate
• Metal Height – Height of the collate

Pavé Setting
• Distance From Wall – Distance between gem and wall
• Angle Distance – Distance for angle in Pavé wall
• Setting Wall Thickness – Thickness of the pavé wall Metal
• Height Below Girdle – Thickness of metal below gem girdle
• Wall Height – Depth for Pavé walls
• Start Cap – Disable to remove pavé wall at the start of the gems
• End Cap – Disable to remove pavé wall at the end of the gems

Automatic Pavé Setting
• Input Surface – Surface only or a surface of a Brep
o Refine – Gems are first placed as per the surface isocurves. However, use activate Refine if you need to uniformly distribute the gems
o Flip Surface – May need to be activated if gems populate on incorrect surface
• Gem Size – Size of the gems required
• Gem Spacing – Distance to be maintained between 2 gems
• Flip Gem – Gems will be placed as per surface direction. Activate to flip direction if required

Gem Between Two Curves
- Input Curve – Open curve of the design
- Setting Type – Options for Plate, Channel, and Pave
- Gem Shape – Choose between Round
- Select View – The view place gems
Gem Between Two Curves Inputs
- Gem Start Point – Point on the curve you want the gem placement to start from.
- Gem Spacing – Distance between 2 gems
- Min Gem Size – Minimum size of gem
- Max Gem Size – Maximum size of gem
- Flip Gem – Flips the gem
- Flip Prong – Flips the prong
- 1 Prong End – Select point at which you want one prong
o Start – Places one prong at the start point
o End – Places one prong at the end point

Flush Setting
- Input Surface – Surface only or a surface of a Brep
- Gem Shape – Choose between Round, Drop, Marquise, Heart, Oval, Trilliant, Emerald, Princess or Baguette
- Gem Size – Size of gem
- Gem Spacing – Distance between 2 gems
- Gem Rotate – Rotation angle of the gem

Jump Start
Get the foundation of Jewelry pieces such as Rings, Necklace, Bracelets, Bangles, Earrings and Pendant. Reduces the repetitive work of recreating the design according to different standards.

Rings
- Choose By Region – Choose the region whose standards are applicable to the design.
- Ring Size – Size of the ring in standard chosen
- Actual ID – Internal diameter after manufacturing
- CAD ID – Internal diameter in the CAD File
- Actual Circumference – Circumference after manufacturing
- CAD Circumference – Circumferance in the CAD File

Necklace
- Necklace Size (Inches) – Choose the size of necklace to get the curve profile

Broad Bracelet
- Broad Bracelet Size (Inches) – Choose the size of bracelet to get the curve profile

Loose Bracelet
- Loose Bracelet Size (Inches) – Choose the size of bracelet to get the curve profiles

Bangle
- Bangle Size (Indian) – Pick the standard size on which you want to create the bangle.

Gem Studio
Contains tools for Gem Placement, Prong Placement, Cutter Placement, Custom Gem Shape, Pearl Holder, and Cabochon.

Gem Placer
- Input Surface – Surface only or a surface of a Brep
- Gem Shape – Choose between Round, Drop, Marquise, Heart, Oval, Trilliant, Emerald, Princess or Baguette
- Gem Size – Size of gem
- Gem Spacing – Distance between 2 gems
- Gem Rotate – Rotation angle of the gem

Prong Placer
- Input Surface – Surface only or a surface of a Brep

- Cutter Girdle Shape – Choose the cutter’s girdle shape
- Cutter Size – Adjust the size of the cutter
- Cutter Rotate – Rotate the cutter to the suitable angle

Custom Gem Shape
- Gem Shape – Choose between Round, Drop, Marquise, Heart, Oval, Trilliant, Emerald, Princess or Baguette
- Gem Width – Width of gem
- Gem Length – Length of gem
- Gem Height– Height of gem

Pearl Holder Setting
- Pearl Diameter – Diameter of Pearl
- Post Thickness – Thickness of post
- Cup Diameter – Diameter of the cup
- Cup Side Length– Length of the cup’s side
- Cup Thickness – Thickness of the cup
- Post Side Length– Length of the post’s side

Cabochon Stone
- Setting Type – Diameter of Pearl
- Gem Shape – Choose between Round, Drop, Marquise, Heart, or Oval
- Stone Length – Length of stone
- Stone Width – Width of stone
- Stone Height – Height of stone
- Stone Depth – Depth of stone
- Top Curvature – Curvature radius at the top part
- Bottom Curvature – Curvature radius at the bottom part

Cup Settings
- Cup Rim – Choose Between Cup, Bezel or Collate
- Cup Wall Height – Height of cup wall
- Cup Depth – Depth of Cup
- Cup Thickness – Thickness of Cup
- Cup Wall Tolerance – Tolerance between cup wall and gem
- Bottom Curvature – Curvature radius of cup on the bottom
- Rim Segment Count – Total segments in rim
- Rim Height – Height of rim
- Rim Curvature – Curvature radius of rim

Collate Settings
- Prong Count – Total prongs required
- Prong Placement – Point at which you want to place the prong
- Collate Depth – Depth of Collate
- Collate Thickness – Thickness of Collate
- Girdle Thickness – Thickness of Girdle

Bezel Settings
- Wall Overlap – Overlap distance between the walls
- Wall Thickness – Thickness of wall
- Inner Wall Taper – Ratio of tapering the inner wall
- Outer Wall Taper – Ratio of tapering the outer wall
- Outer Edge Depth – Depth to create the outer edge
- Bezel Depth – Depth of Bezel
- Gem Depth – Depth of gem

Gem Profile
- Input Gem – Input Gem

Gem Along Crv
- Input Curve – Input Gem
- Additional Surface Input – Enable to input surface
- Gem Shape – Choose between Round and Princess
- View – Select the view to place gems
- Gem Size – Size of the gem required
- Gem Rotate – Rotation of gems in the view of choice
- Gem Spacing – Distance to be maintained between 2 gems
- Adjust Gem Start – Adjusts start position of gem
- From Centre – Enable to move gems from center
- Gem Count – Number of gems to be set along the curve. By default, initially, the maximum number of gems possible for that size will be displayed
- Gem Start Point – Distance to move gem on curve at center

Gem View
- Input Gem – Input Gem

Transform
Includes Surface Cutter, Surface from Line, Combine Polysurface and Offset Surface. These easy to use tools give you a better grip on your designing process.

Surface Cutter
- Input Surface – Surface only or a surface of a Brep
- Input Curve – Select curve to cut the surface with

Combine Polysurface
- Input Surface – Surface only or a surface of a Brep
- Flip Input – Flips the input and then combines

SubD To Surface
- Input SubD – Select the SubD you want to convert

Ring Resizer
- Input Shank – Select shank of the ring you want to resize
- Initial ID – ID before the resizing
- Resize ID – ID at which you want to resize the ring
- Adjustment Angle – Angle of adjustment

Detailing
Detailing on the metal such as Filigree, Milgrain, Backplate, Ropes have been parameterized. You can also create Supports and Male-Female Connector by just choosing their point of location.

Filigree
- Input Curve – Open curve of the design
- Input Surface – Surface only or a surface of a Brep
- Pipe Thickness – Thickness of Pipe
- Filigree Count – Count of Filigree
- X Offset – Offset on X Axis
- Y Offset – Offset on Y Axis
- Rotation Angle – Angle to rotate the design
- Swap UV – Swaps the U and V points with each other

Milgrain
- Input Surface – Surface only or a surface of a Brep
- Surface Parameter – Point at which the milgrain starts
- Segment Length – Length of segment you want milgrain on
- Sphere Diameter – Diameter of sphere
- Z Offset – Offset on Z Axis

Supports
- Input Surface – Surface only or a surface of a Brep
- Support Size – Size of Support wall
- Support Height – Height of Support wall
- Flip X – Flip in X Axis
- Flip Y – Flip in Z Axis

Rope
- Input Curve – Open curve of the design
- Pipe Size – Size of Pipe
- No. Of Turns – Number of turns in the rope

Twisted Metal
- View – Choose between top, front, or right
- Twisted Curve – Set the curve on which the twisted shank should flow along
- Metal Width – Width of the metal
- Base Metal Height – Height of base metal
- Blend Param A – Adjust the twist at the start of the metal
- Blend Param B – Adjust the twist at the end of the metal
- Cross Sections – Change to modify smoothness of surface
- Twisted Metal Height – Height of Twisted Metal

Male Female Joint
- Input Surface – Surface only or a surface of a Brep
- Iso-Curve Parameter – Point on curve where you want to create the connector
- Fixture Length – Length of fixture
- Fixture Size – Size of fixture

Surface From Cross Section
- Input Surface – Surface only or a surface of a Brep
- Input Curve – Open curve of the design

Linkages
Jump Rings
- Inner Diameter – ID of the jump ring
- Thickness – Thickness of the jump ring
Pin Joints
- Inner Diameter – ID of the pin joint
- Thickness – Thickness of the pin joint
- View – Choose the view in which you want to create the design
- Width – Width of the pin joint
- Fillet Edge Radius – Radius to fillet the edge
Tana Joints
- Extension Start – Start point of extension
- Extension End – End point of extension
- Thickness – Thickness of the tana joint
- Fillet Radius – Radius to fillet the tana joint

Loops And Bails
- Bail Rail Shape – Choose between D, Tapered D, Ellipse, Circle or Drop
- Bail Width – Width of bail
- Bail Height – Height of bail
- Bail Front Shape – Choose Between Tapered or Straight
- Loop Orient – Orient the loop to either 0 or 90 degrees.
- Loop Thickness – Thickness of the loop
- Loop Hole Size – Size of the loop hole
- Bottom Cross Section Angle – Angle to align the bottom cross section
- Bridge – On enabling this, a bridge is created between the bails.
o Bridge Angle – Angle of curvature of bridge
o Bridge Thickness – Thickness of bridge

Chain Creation
- Input Geometry – Select chain components. You can choose from our Chains Library
- Distance Between Components – Specify the distance to be maintained between components. [Indicated in the chain component from library]
- Input Curve – Select the curve to place on

Libraries
Contains 500+ Motifs, Curve Profiles, Earring Posts, Clasps, Jump Rings, Illusion Setting, Money Clip, Beads, Chains, Chain Tags, Chain Caps, and Display Stands. To Import any item from these Libraries, just right-click on it and select Import.

Total Metal Weight
- Select Objects – Select every object you want the metal weight of
- Cal Vol. – Click on Calculate Volume button first
- Metal – Select the metal type based on metal and it’s purity
o Weight in CAD – Weight of metal as per the density is calculated in CAD
o Final Weight after loss calculation – Weight as appropriated after production is calculated. The % can be set in Default Settings

Total Gems & Caratage
As the design progresses, TiaraCAD stores the total number of gems used in the design as well as their caratage, which makes the creation of reports easy and fast.

Report
Click on the Report Icon situated in the bottom panel and a BOM Report of your design gets easily generated, which you can then export out as PDF.

Layers
There are assigned Layers to gems, metal, and curves that you can choose from or create a new one by clicking on the plus icon. You can then easily choose a colour and name it.
